2. Scope of data processed
Depending on the method of contact, we may process:
- identification and contact data (e.g. first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number – if provided),
- company data (name, VAT number, address – where relevant to B2B commercial contact),
- correspondence content,
- technical data and server logs (e.g. IP address, date and time) – to the extent necessary for the operation and security of the site.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data for the purpose of:
- handling inquiries and commercial contact – on the basis of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or the legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
- defence against claims and pursuit of claims – on the basis of legitimate interest,
- ensuring security and proper operation of the site – on the basis of legitimate interest.
4. Recipients of data
Data may be shared with entities supporting the maintenance of the site and communications (e.g. hosting, e-mail, IT support) – solely to the extent necessary for the stated purposes. Data is not sold or disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes.

We retain data for the period necessary to conduct correspondence and cooperation, and subsequently for the period required by law or until the expiry of limitation periods for claims.

Providing data is voluntary, but may be necessary in order to respond to an inquiry or prepare an offer.
